Every time I've been to LLBG, I've found something parked in the wall inbetween J8 and J9 and although I said it didn't matter.. it did  I've adjusted the parking space and found a Cyprus Viscount parked where it should be ;) If you want the modded af2, I'll send it/post it ;)

BTW.. have you tried rebuilding your FSNav database since you installed LLBG?? I have.. many times and it won't remake :wall: Have a look at LLBG in afcad and you'll see 5 or 6 files associated with that install number. The top few appear to be sign.bgls. Not sure if my FSNav has reached it's limit or if it simply won't remake the database with LLBG installed 8) The runway placement is as the default so flying there isn't a problem ;)
Dave,

I rebuilt my FSNav database after I had put in several airports including LLBG...I did rename the existing two database files first and let it completely rebuild it from scratch...It whizzed through without a hitch. Have you tried that Dave?

The extra AFCAD files for LLBG are just for the airport SIGNS. I'll go and have a look at J8 and J9 :)

Hi Peter..

No.. I thought about that before trying but time was off the essence. I'd already gone into the sim to start the flight and thought no.. I'll come out and rebuild FSN just in case then ended up losing an hour with FSN not responding :wall: Looking at the AF2.. you'll immediately see the dodgy parking position in the 'walled' area. All I did was drag it down to the one furthest south. Can't remember if it was J8 or J9 now but that is the location ;)
I'd installed the Western and Eastern Canaries before LLBG and before that.. Barcelona, Faro, Oporto, Lisbon, Madrid, Mallorca and Alicante.. the latter 6 all updating fine ;) I'll pull the last files and let it rebuild from scratch.. always good policy but sometimes, there isn't the time :worried: ;)

EDIT:...
Peter.. I tried removing the current files but still no go I'm afraid. FSN was reading 159 areas (including those not active.. eg, box unticked) and refused to go further. I went into FS/scenery and deleted some dead wood (stuff I already had inactive) to bring the number of areas down then tried FSN database builder again and it 'flew' through :)

Dave,

I pulled that unlisted stand out of the wall and positioned it on the line marked J9 which did not have a parking slot...I made it a Medium sized gate and named it J9. Just tried it with AES and as you can see in the picture, it works just fine :)

Does the rebuild stick in a certain place Dave?...If you spotted that then you could try unticking that place...You could also try a defrag before a full rebuild.

EDIT...Ah OK, I see you have succeeded...Well Done! ;)

Hi Peter :hello:

J9 is the better of the 2 locations.. I thought that when I repositioned the parking slot as getting out of there would be tight. However, I still put it at J8 :wall:  J9 looks better so I'll adjust it at some point in the future
