A Few Mixed Slides(Additional Images)

Post by Tomliner »

..... (Note added after no.9)Sorry but not the best quality mainly due to bad light in the poor weather, but at least the rain made the Harrier's arrival a bit more interesting!.They were taken at Nottingham/Tollerton(EGBN) in 1987.

Is it the Harrier's foreseen end that makes the pilot look so sad?

Cheers,

Impressive Eric

Impressive effect with the Harrier but equally impressive is the low angles on the ground shots

The Dove has a powerful, no nonsense dominating look about

So glad you've let us share in these gems :excited:

Thanks very much B)smk

I don't know, but what I do know is that I am so pleased that I took so many photographs all those years ago.The irony is that if I been a bit more organised and ruthless,I would have disposed of so many slides(probably many thousands!) as substandard or boring several years ago.Perhaps as well that I couldn't organise a p!ss-up in a brewery.!
Who would ever have forseen the possibility of sharing images worldwide instantaneously with like minded people?
I am working my way through my slides chronologically so there will be more aviation images to come but,of course, I am also scanning family/social and other images as well,so this is a long term project.Best Wishes EricT :)
