Wow, impressively nutty flying. I think he was probably glad to land it as number 2 was looking quite smokey towards the end.

#2 looked like she hiccuped a little bit when he was exercising the props while doing the power check and scavange after landing. I'm more interested in the fact that the #4 apparently shutdown while coming out of reverse and they didn't notice it until they were well into the power check. #2 also apparently stuck in reverse for a bit because as you watch them start to bring the power up it's blowing dust forward (which may also be part of why it hiccuped shortly thereafter from the ingestion of dust choking the engine.
But it illustrates why these aircraft weren't exactly "approved" for unpaved surfaces.
