Converting Numbers To Computer Speak

Post by Garry Russell »

Although put up as a way to convert the ICAO codes on radars, this is a useful tool to convert Binary, Octal, Decimal and Hex

Just enter in a number in any of these formats and click the radio button alongside which format it's in. On pressing submit (enter) the number is displayed in each format

In the late 80's I used to have a calculator that did this.Very useful it was for doing Hex calculations and checksum verifications when amending telecom system databases. My boss used to think I knew what I was talking about but I soon proved him wrong! :cpu: EricT
Now at the age where I know I like girls but can't remember why!
