Aircraft Parts - A strange request

Thinking cap on.... A Nut! A nut would be perfect. Not so big, so it could be machined out to fit over my finger though, and not so small as smoothing the outside could still be done... Off to get my spanner set to measure my finger

[EDIT] 24mm or bigger, with an internal diameter not exceeding 16mm so I can machine it out a bit

Ben, I believe there's plenty of MR4 lying around to make a ring from. Might as well salvage something from all those taxpayers billions.

Wish that was true Paul

Someone checked the MR4 scrapping last week and it was completly clear, not a trace left...just two that had been completed in the hangar having parts salvaged.

Ben...I wonder if Neil Lomax has any left over Trident nuts that were unusable
