Short Empire - new version 3 for FS9 and (native) FSX

Post by jensbk »

Hello all,

In addition to the new Viscount (which I hope you like :) ) I have also released a new version of my Short Empire model. The panel and cockpit are much more accurate, thanks to new information, and the flight dynamics have been improved. The 'boats now rotate and take off easily at 80 kts, without any elevator trimming.

The FSX version is in the native model format.

Available at simviation, flightsim and avsim.

Best regards

Jens

Thanks Jens for the Viscount and the updated Empire. I already installed them and took both of them out for a flight, and they flew great. I have almost all of your aircraft and have enjoyed all of them. You have filled a lot of gaps in the propliner history that no one else seems inclined to fill. Have you ever considered more of the French airliners, like the Bloch 220 or the Dewoitine 338, or the LeO H-242? It's probably bad form to request French airliners on a British forum, hopefully I won't be banned. Thanks again Jens

Mark
