Yes..just be careful where you install it to avoid the admin lock on updating CFGs and the like
I think the trick is not to load it in the default position. Folks here can tell you exactly what to do...I'm still XP

Just in the default location you can't update certain things unless you use admin privileges...or something like that
Not having been there I'm not sure of the details only the irritation it has caused some.
