Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Eddie.This is a magical moment.I rememember so well the birth of my little girl(now 40).Eddie she will be so precious to you both,but I have to say(as I said to Ben last year) that there is truly something special between a father and his daughter.Best wishes to you all.EricT

Once again I cannot thank you all enough for your kind words of support.
It really does make me feel very warm and grateful inside.
Just to let you know mother and baby are doing really well considering what happened during the agonising hours of labour.
I am the proudest man in the world right now.
Changed my first nappy today and learnt how to undress and dress a newborn.
A massive learning curve for me during these next few months.

Just been looking back at that photo of Phoebe mate.... shes a wee cutie. Lucy was sitting over my shoulder getting all broody again! Made us look up the photos of when daisy was born last year, its amazing to think how tiny they are. The we found this photo of her, not even a day old and still in the hospital... baby with attitude
