Thanks for that link Paul, as they say it looks as if it fired OK, so its a question of waiting for the report to be published - hope the civvies get to read it.
(I used to work at the IAM at Farnboro, they had a specialist who attended all crashes & ejections - some crashes & ejections were very bizarre)

As I work for Martin Baker, as of yet we haven't been informed of any information regarding this accident, and we are going to be the first to hear anything. Everything else you hear at the moment is just pure speculation and rumours.

Only thing I've seen since the initial reporting is that the RAF has grounded all the Mk.10 equipped aircraft until they get more info (sound call)

If I remember correctly, this is the 3rd incident in the same number of years with the Mk.10 seat, I hope they can find the cause because pilots need to be able to trust their bang seats.
