That is a brilliant model isn't it!!! I did ask Mrs T if I could have one... I will let you guess what the reply was!!! :hide: :-#

There are indeed professional Lego modellers and the company that did that have done some fab stuff. I met one of them through the Brickish Association a while ago... I would love that job!!!

Tonks
It's NOT real!!!!!

So that'll be the same type of Trent as they use in Brickish Airways? *-)

Just did a search and found the Brickish Association ! Didn't know you were a Lego enthusiast, Tonks.

Just had a look at that site as well, there's some nice work on it! I saw that there is also a "Star Wars LEGO web community From Bricks To Bothans", any chance you're a member of that club as well Tonks? ;)

Which leads me to the question: has anyone ever tried building a Lego VC10 :hide:

TBH I was never a Legoite :worried:

I was one of the Betta Builder brigade, mainly two and one stud bricks in white with flat roof tiles.

Made by Airfix.

Also had Brickplayer, (real bricks) and their was a Bayko set from my Dads childhood but Even though we had Lego it never really grabbed me.

But of course it wasn't then like it is now with many more special parts and things like Lego Technic :-O, or whatever it's called ...I'm too thick to get beyond understanding the name :stupid:

Mainly Meccano here, but I had a small Lego set that was sufficient to build a two bedroom bungalow.

I loved Lego, especially the technic stuff. Used to love building my own stuff, trucks, cranes, diggers etc.
