Eric, that brings to mind a story of a guy who's wife wouldn't allow him to write cheques.

One day he made up his mind enough was enough and decided it was time for him to keep the cheque book.
When he got home that night he found his wife in the bedroom folding the laundry.
He told her right off from then on he was keeping the cheque book.
.. But she just laughed him off.
Feeling the need to illustrate who wore the pants in the house he took off his trousers, threw them on the bed and said, "Look, see my trousers? If you can fill those you can keep the the cheque book."
She replied that it was impossible ,that they were too big for her."

He was feeling pretty good he'd won the debate until she picked up one of her panties, threw them on top of his trousers and said. "Try fitting in to those and you can have the cheque book.

"Fat chance of that happening" He replied.

To which she replied, "That's right big shot, and if you want to have any chance of getting into them you'd better change your attitude!
