Survivd...

Post by Filonian »

Well, I survived my trip to hospital yesterday morning. The procedure itself is not too bad, just can be a bit uncomfortable at some points and can leave you p ing broken glass. :agree:

The biggest shock came when this nice young nurse came to collect me, took me into a room and said "would you like me to help you get undressed?

Long time since that last happened - thought all my birthdays had come at once - but alas, it appeared it was only so that I could get my 'bum freezer' on :(( :(( :((

The good news was that I am still in remission  .

Congratulations, Graham. Time to enjoy life and treat yourself to a holiday or something and think about something else for a change.

Graham, good luck - post op visits can be even more interesting........especially when a nice young nurse cleans up after swabbing the general area with Iodine.....& inserting/removing the catheter.........
