I wonder somehow if that date isn't terribly wrong. NOTHING in that clip looks like 1991. They stopped producing films in 1970

I can remember this being shown originally!
It looks almost like an old VHF tv aerial when extended.The thief would've been able to watch himself featured on Shaw Taylor's crime programme! What do you mean you're too young to remember it? Come off it!
