It can be rough at Benbecula - I experienced a landing in a Piper Chieftain when it gusted to 50 kts - pilot caught it just right luckily ( or good reactions more likely). A take off in the Llanbedr Devon there was also a bit scary with a very strong gusty wind!

Many times I've watched similar IRL but that certainly looks undercranked *-)

Contol is sloppy at those speeds, they don't snap upwards or waggle the wings at that rate in anything I've ever seen. :dunno:
