*ahem* The Mayans lived in my time zone...GMT -6 hrs. We're not out of the woods yet. If 12/20/12 was our last day on this planet so be it. I spent a lovely evening with my sons and the former Mrs. FlyTexas. Texas ribeye steaks on the grill, baked potato and salad, with plenty of Merlot. The oldest son brought a little whiskey with him but I refuse to drink whiskey that comes from a plastic bottle.

Plagues of dishevelled, pale-skinned, incoherent degenerates roaming the streets. Hygiene is a problem and people have taken to living in squalid conditions.

Yep, not the happiest thing I've ever gone through but it wasn't exactly the end of the world either. We're still good friends so that makes it a little easier.
