I would like to ask him about his T7 Meteor (FS2002). If anybody can help, I'd appreciate it.

I seem to remember about a year back, that Rick had a lot on his plate.
I would like to ask him about his T7 Meteor (FS2002). If anybody can help, I'd appreciate it.

Hi Mike
I'm pretty sure the Meatbox was for FS9 rather than FS2002 mate as most of the constituent parts date to 2004.. not that this matters in the grand scale of things. Is there anything in particular you're after or will only the main man do?

Thanks for replying, chaps.
Taken from Rick's README:
FSDS2 Gloster Meteor T Mk7 v 1.0 for FS2004 & 2002. by Rick Piper.
This file contains Gloster Meteor T Mk7 model & includes a custom Panel . (no sounds included)
Unzip this file to your FS2004 or FS2002 "root" folder. (Please do not use Addit ! Pro as it messes everything up)
OK, I should have said 2002/2004, but the main thing is, it's a T7, which is the correct version for Moorabbin.
Because I have no permission from Rick, I used a T8.
In short, Rick's permission is what I seek.

Re: Rick Piper contact?
Ah yes.. Moorabbin.. I guessed as much
He was actually up on the forum yesterday but I guess he missed this post. I'll see if I can find him for ya
If I remember correctly (unlikely
).. FS9 wasn't fully accepted at the time.. I was still using FS8 and only used FS9 to beta test in, much the same as I've done with FSX until recently, so some dispensation was made to make it compatible in the older sim. He'd not long done the Chippie and one afternoon, sent me a note saying 'I started this this morning.. what do you think'.. and there it was.. the Meatbox
I digress.. will see if I can get hold of him
