Morning All,

Well i'm waiting here in Kent to see what's in store today, if the forcaster's can get near it we may have some of the white stuff although it has been a hard frost these last few days,

I'm lucky being retired as i can watch it out of the window sitting by my PC talking to you chaps ;)

Let it Snow Let it Snow :hide:

Cheers,

Roger.

Yes Ben, even we real Southern Softies on the coast have been hit. Here's my drive about an hour ago.

The space to the right of my car is were my wife's should be parked but she's stuck on the roads somewhere at the moment. She left at about 7:15 before the snow arrived to take an early class in Waterlooville just a couple of miles away. She phoned to say she was stuck in traffic on the way back - she left Waterlooville about an hour ago but still isn't halfway back yet.

Good Morning Eric,

I did'nt see much of it last week on the tele but that run around the park in Edinburgh, was that the one you cycle around and did you go to the meeting?

Hi Roger.I didn't see it either but I think it was in Holyrood Park, which I have cycled through several times. It's about 5 or 6 miles from here.As I posted earlier,I'm just off out for a walk while this sunny weather lasts. :) ATB EricT.

Well, now I know where all the missing Aussie wheelie bins have gone! You've painted out our street numbers and you're using them in the UK.
We'll be round to check the serial numbers tonight. :OB:

Talk about globalisation, is nothing different any more? I mean apart from it being 42C in Victoria and minus 42C in the UK. :hide:
Cheers, Mike.

It's not started yet here, I'm just about to drive from Nottingham to Manchester.

I think I'll pass testing out my brand new car over Snake Pass and stick to the motorway...

It's not stopped here.. been snowing constantly since I got up this morning. Cleared the paths and drive off before I went to the docs but you'd not know it'd been done. Visibility foul.. not a day to be going out if you don't have to. The barber told me it was due to stop around lunchtime (he's always right) but here we are at 5 to 2 and it's coming as strong as ever.

We're all doomed!
