Missing My Wife

Post by Garry Russell »

Just lately I've been missing my wife a lot.

Nothing new, even when I was young I sometimes missed her.

In later years it's become more frequent and just recently I've been missing her sometime twice or even three times a day.

It got so bad I reluctantly decided I needed to seek help as this couldn't carry on, I was missing her so often, life was becoming unbearable :'( .

It worked...and now, almost two weeks later, I've not missed her once.

So I will pass on the advice I received as it may well come in useful.

Plant the right foot firmly and well forward and make sure it's firm before you make the throw. This extra stability enables you to follow the throw through the launch in a straight line. My aim is so much better now
