BA Boeing 727 Take Off

Post by Garry Russell »

This is not for the Comair 727 take off...nothing unusual I can see...this is for the amusement of reading the comments for the many 'experts' we are blessed with

What a funny world we live in.

So many experts out there.

My favourite comment on that clip is a very simple and to the point: "british airways is shit"

"The Boeing 727 has four ailerons the Trident has only two"

Always a good way of spotting the difference at 35,000 feet

Unrealted to the OP, I clicked on this side panel link of a 707 landing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZtL0gzKmJ8
Anyone know why the NATO decal on the side is also reversed to read OTAN? It's not as if you are going to see it in your rear view mirror a la ECNALUBMA?

North Atlantic Treaty Organisation + Organisation du traité de l'Atlantique Nord = NATO + OTAN

Funny how few folks notice that...like at one time South Afican Airways was SAA on the left and SAL on the right...Suid-Afrikaanse Lugdiens

Used to see that (or a) NATO/OTAN 707 around Machrihanish when I was on 'Wakeful' in '83 :tunes: I think CS 707 owners will have it in their livery pack too :)
