A real stay in hospital

Post by Harry Basset »

I have really missed this site since I was taken to Scarborough hospital in the early hours of 3rd March. I was discharged today minus a cancerous kidney and I am looking forward to catching up.

Blimey Harry :-O

Hope the op was a complete success mate and that you enjoy a trouble free recovery. Better out than in as they say  Worrying times ahead I'm sure but you'll start to feel better being out of hospital. I hate the darned places but tend to be seeing rather more of them as father time starts getting revenge for a lifetime of abuse

ATVB mate and great to see you back

All the best Harry. I know what you've been going through having been in hospital myself last year. Take care.

Really very sorry to hear that Harry, just hope that by having the Kidney removed it has taken all of it away.

Just take it easy and get plenty of rest.

Kind regards
Nigel

Hi there Harry :hello:
We're all sending our best wishes for your full recovery.
Had they been monitoring it long? Sounds like the final decision was made rapidly!
Keep us posted on the follow up consultations. It is a worry, but hopefully, your other one is going to cope with the workload. Did they offer any reasons for the onset?
Kindest regards,
Cheers, Mike.
