Some HS Andover video for you

Post by Chris558 »

I've finally got round to getting some of my Boscombe Down footage onto my PC and uploading it. As the Andover in the UK is no more, now seems a good time to let it live on - on video! It ain't best quality - it's done via software straight from the camcorder, and despite tweeking, I couldn't get the picture quality any better. I've got to get it all on to DVD at some point - before the camcorder breaks down...again! So hopefully the quality will be better, and I'll upload it again. Having said that, the sound quality of those Darts is good.

So, to start with, here's XS606 and XS596, filmed at Boscombe from 2005-2011...enjoy.

Having just received my invite to the Thorney Island reunion the timing was great!

596 was a very low hours aircraft and often got VIP duties, can't remember anything about 606 though. All the higher hours aicraft found owners elsewhere :hide:

Thanks for posting
