So...A total of a dozen A380 stands! Gosh, I hope I'm never there when a whole bunch of them arrive at once...I wonder if they have made provision for longer queues

I think it is fitting that the registration starts with 'XL'. ;)
Due to shortages and cutbacks the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off.

Right, then - paint it Manatee Grey..

That's the color Target Department Store called a color for a XL dress they advertised..
same dress same color in small.. Dark Heather grey..

Hi ,

Well i think she is a great aircraft :hide: [considering she's french!] well mostly! but think of our Rolls-Royce Trent 900 that's the power.

I have quite a few A380's flying over me where i live every day and nite and i must say for the size of it she is very quiet, in fact if it was not for my flightradar i would not even know!

Each to his own

The French would love to have you think it's French, but it is multi national and the most important bit of any airliner is the wing and that's British :) .

Very true Garry! Having been to the test centre a Toulouse a few times they certainly forget to mention just how much of it is not made in France LOL...

Still the ugliest Airbus though... it is to short. I am sure it would look better longer. Personally, the best looking Airbus is the 330 (though I may be somewhat biased!)

Tonks
It's NOT real!!!!!

Hello,

Yes of course your right Garry and yes Tonks i have always said the same that it would look better if she was longer from the wings forward but like Roses they grow on you

The thing is after all the banter though it's what will and does make air travel cheaper, i can get a flight to Australia now for under £800 return, who would have thought that a few years ago!
