!-11 to Newquay

Post by NigelC »

Just picked this up on another site.
BAC 1-11 ZH763 to arrive at Newquay Cornwall Airport at 12.30 tomorrow on delivery for the Classic Air Force.

Last flight for the jet and the type (in the UK) - c/o QinetiQ, which has kindly donated her to the collection.

At around 1100 I heard a noisy multi-engined aircraft climbing from the direction of Boscombe Down and heading west. It wasn't showing on FlightRadar24. I couldn't see anything, though. So, I wonder if she made it away on schedule...

I can't imagine what else it could have been.
