I've just watched this excellent programme and thoroughly enjoyed it until the band started to play 'Sunset' when the tears started to run down my face. Why do they do that? And why does that piece of music make make me so emotional? EricT

Yes Eric i understand how you felt,

What i thought was very good was when the Lanc took up it's position, what a great sight that was with the Spit's and the GR4's,

Roger.

Missed the program but hope to catch up with it on BBC iplayer :agree:

Do any of the rest of you folks use Twitter? If so, if you follow @royalairforceuk they are tweeting the progress of the raid in real time tonight as it happened. You might have to miss some sleep to catch it all thought :worried:

Anyway they must be getting to the "Enemy coast ahead skipper" bit by now :welldone:

 folks and a big cheers to the chaps that did it all
