Great 14 minutes, lovely filming besides the sound you can almost Smell it in the cockpit as well !

I also love that B25 Mitchell and if nobody has not tried it the Mitchell from MAAM is a really good addon for flight sim [it is Payware but IMHO well worth the money]

I think that's the same plane Peter.

They've added a couple of items to the interior such as a gun-sight but other than that the cockpit is pretty well identical, even down to the grip on the control column, the yellow circle on the bulkhead and the plastic cover over the switchgear below and right of the gear leaver.

The one restored in NZ was actually owned by an American and it has been torn down, shipped to the US and the last I heard was being re-built but I've not heard if it's flying again yet. It could well be the NZ built one attending it's first North American air show.

The Canucks are also re-building a Mossie but it's nowhere near airworthy yet from what I can gather.

The Lanc is of course the Canadian one that has been flying for many years and I saw it fly over my house several times a few years ago when it was attending a local airshow.

The Mossie in the video is indeed the "NZ" one that was restored for Jerry Yagen. It flew a few shows and sadly Jerry has had to sell some of his collection and the Mossie was one of the first purchased. His museum and collection are still in flux, but the Mossie and his DH.89 are both coming to Texas with Rod Lewis, so they'll be in great hands and we'll still see them in the skies across the US.
