VC 10 Autopilot Instruction

Post by tonyc »

Where can I look to see some instruction in how to use the autopilot in Dave Maltby's excellent VC10?

Hi Tony :)

I'm not on the 'flying' pc at the moment but isn't there a manual with the panel?? I'm sure there is *-) If it's not with the model (which I doubt it is) look in DMFS Shared Files (in the aircraft folder if you're in FS9) and look down the folders. One of them should contain the manual. If not.. it'll be in the VC10 panel folder.

Not sure where you're supposed to put the DMFS Shared Files folder in FSX but I made an 'aircraft' folder (like FS9) and dropped it in there ;)

Hi Tony. As Dave says, I thought the manual documentation automatically installs into the DMFS Shared Files folder in the 'Airplanes' folder.

The panel and AP manuals can also be viewed or downloaded directly from DM's website, VC10 section. There is a separate one for the airliner or the C1K.

Guys thanks for the replies.

You are right of course but I have been a little unwell of late and just didn't see it.

Thanks for the guidance as always.
