Makes you wonder how/why he was able to board the flight, in the first place...

Nothing unusual. I had a First Class passenger take his clothes off on my train last Monday night.

He was issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice.”
 :wall:

Well I can think of at least 2 charges one being Drunk & Disorderly or Breach of the Peace instead of just a fixed penalty notice being issued!! If it were just a case of urinating against a wall then the fixed penalty would be appropriate however, by being abusive and swearing towards other passengers as well as challenging the captain to a fight is enough reason to charge this male with a Public Order Offence.

For any-one to behave in the manner he did in mid-flight should automatically face arrest and court proceedings taken against him/her.

I rest my case M'Lud

I really don't miss dealing numptys like this. *-)

Getting bladdered on a flight is usually a recipe for disaster.

A fixed penalty is almost certainly getting off lightly. Especially with this case.

All sorts of aviation act offences come to light with disorderly conduct on board an aircraft, ie endangering an aircraft.

When that happens then it's a different ball game and normally results in a custodial sentence.

I feel sorry for any children who had to witness the behaviour of such an individual.

That would really anger me as a parent.

If he showed his penis whilst urinating in a public place, Drunk and Indecent under the Liscensing Act. If it still exists. Heavier fine.
