Six students from De Montfort University have created a stellar 3D representation of 17th century London, as it existed before The Great Fire of 1666. The three-minute video provides a realistic animation of Tudor London, and particularly a section called Pudding Lane where the fire started.

Re: 17th Century London
That was fascinating to watch and I enjoyed it. I think in real life the buildings would have been completely smoke blackened...rather like modern London was after WWII and before the great clean up and "Smokeless Air Act".

Hi Nigel,
Thanks for posting the link, it's very well done and reminds me of the game "Settlers" Rise of an Empire which i played for hours years ago but of course this was based on a real City!
Cheers,
Roger.
