Michael Schumacher Critical

Post by TSR2 »

Hi Chaps,

I heard earlier this morning that Michael Schumacher had had an accident skiing, but that it was pretty minor. It seems that things are very much worse than was first thought and he is now in a coma. Like him or loathe him, he is one of the greatest racing drivers of all time. Wishing him a speedy recovery.

Wasn't very keen on him in the early days, but the more I watched and listened to him being interviewed over the years, and as he mellowed out a little, I really got to like him. I hope he recovers fully.

Sounds a bit like Natasha Richardson.

She was OK at first but later the head injury made itself known.

I hope, unlike her, he makes a recovery

I wouldn't wish this on him but I just don't like him, his racing record is too badly tarnished.

I don't really know anything about him as I NEVER follow sport of sprt personallities.

But this is a human being and of course has family anf friens and I don't like to see this sort of things happening to anyone.

A very nasty accident, and I wouldn't wish it on him, even though, like others, I thought he was a menace on a racetrack . Let us hope he recovers fully

They're reporting here, that he has a lot on his side; physical fitness, prompt attention etc.
Sadly, I've had negative experience of close people in induced comas.
Best of luck to him.
