I think it will. Microsoft uses the same system for all of it's product activations, so I see no reason why it should be an issue.
If they did do the dirty on us - no worries. There is a "noCD" fix available and I can tell you from personal experience that it works very well

Some are saying Aerosoft have it, also they have done an update to their Falklands sim and the latest update says a new sim system and some of the shots look Flight ish... http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/to ... falklands/
