I've flown into that airport in FSX several times and it's not easy especially if you are using real wx as it can get nasty in those mountains. It was a 'required airport' during the FS Round the World Race a few years back and several of us on the SOH team practiced landing there in case one of us got the actual leg. As it turned out I was one of the pair of pilots available for that leg and we got lucky as the wx was clear with very little wind by the time we got there. We had also worked out a straight-in approach to that runway rather than flying the curved approach, we did it by slewing a 172 onto the various hill tops and recording the altitude then adding a couple of hundred feet for clearance. After that it was simply a case of making sure we were at the correct altitude at the correct location and in line with the runway.
