A New Bulldog...

Re: A New Bulldog...
Yup got it too.... I’m a sucker for anything with an Air Cadet connection!
Agree with all said about the install; it’s far from simple but the support was excellent. Not sure why I need a special installer (which my AV continued to dislike and keeps removing) … other pay ware manages without such a need.
Anyway. I loved the original PSS Bulldog and this one is just as good except perhaps expectations have increased. The external model looks great, I’m no rivet counter but it works for me. The VC is also good, but I think could do with improvement. The panel seems very bright, I think it needs toning down a bit and some of the stencils don’t display too well (maybe my graphics, but I haven’t had issues before). Some of the “black parts” (radios etc) lack definition and merge into a blob…. a bit like some JF/ AH cockpits .
If there is a simple way to tone the colours down?
All in all I like it and well worth £15.

Liking it a lot so far. You won't find me in anything other than the T1 model in Red & White though!
See seems to fly as I remember her.
Quiz time: Can anyone name the power station in the shot below?

Indeed! ID the power station and you'll have a good idea of the RAF station too!

Re: A New Bulldog...
The only Power Station I've ever seen out of the window of a Bulldog would be Iron Bridge from circuits at RAF Cosford.... but that's not Iron Bridge. AndI'm guessing that's not VFR scenery .....
Thanks

Re: A New Bulldog...
Perhaps this shot might help.
Note the meandering river top left
This was a very familiar view for me. I'm just turning downwind with the station sports field in view below and and near my left wing (I probably should have turned tighter though!).
I quickly made the photoscenery last night so as to relive old times.

Still don't recognize it. But suddenly had memories of having to have the runway "under the roundel" when going downwind to land!!
Thanks
