I have been unable to get through to either of the above since yesterday anybody know if there is a problem?

Yes they did have a problem and it is now solved according to their forum

Looks like we've lost the link with FSA today. I know some people are having difficulty with the client and Joe has done some fixes his end. Whether that's screwed this end up I don't know :dunno:
I've no problem with logging on and booking at FSA but no info shows this end

I’ll try and take a look tomorrow Dale, won’t get a chance tonight and I’ve quite a bit on with work this week, but I’ll do what I can. 👍
