Warm weather warning....
It could get a bit warm this week, so time to get the beer in and turn the fridge down a bit, ............

Good-oh!
Interesting to see that they have the recommended capacity of your mini bar on the right.
Keep cool.

I always get a kick out of reports of hot weather in the U.K. Guess I have been in the Colonies for far too long. Let me see, my quick conversion from centipedes or whatever they are, to good old Fahrenheit yields 86F. Which, coincidentally is our high for today - about average for this time of year before the really hot weather hits in July and August. We have already had a few 35 Celsius days earlier in May. I do miss those lovely long summer nights in the U.K., when we would play outside until very late. Sunset here around 20:30 today, about as late as it ever gets.

Yes I always smile when I think of us sweltering in our 60 degree summer and the Aussies at the same time freezing in their 70 degree winter.

That'd be right, Nigel,
We just had our Winter Solstice, and thus the opposite in your hemisphere.
Despite celebrating the fact that the days will now get a minute longer each 24 hours, we still have months of cold weather to "look forward" to; Spring can be quite unpleasant.

Nice one, Mike.

Well it's nice to hear that it's warm and sunny everywhere...except here!!, we seem to have missed spring completely, I still have heating on in the house, only 3 deg c last night. very strange this year, normally at this time I would be out in the bay taking photos of icebergs but there are none this year?.
