Looking very nice Rick, and a very Happy Christmas and New Year to you.

That’s very good news Rick. All your models are far superior to many payware efforts.
Take your time, they will be worth waiting for.
Merry Christmas and a happy new year.
Regards
John

Looks amazing Rick!
Dare I ask, are PBR textures for P3D v4.4. a possibility please?

That HS748 of yours, shes still a beauty! Its been, like what, 18 years now?!...time does fly. Been busy upgrading some textures too. Ill share them here as I go along. If I may, that is...just not getting that lovely shine as in your picture Rick, and my cockpit windows and cabin windows are also fully transparent, not allowing me to fix it via the alpha ...any ideas? Using old FSX , no acceleration...maybe thats it...

I think Rickoo must have missed some of the P3d settings.
when I get some time I need to make bump maps for all the different models
i'll take a look then.
I'm just glad it can be used again as it was a huge job to make back in the day.
it is a true FSX & P3d 3.3 model ???
Regards

Re: T2 is still being slowly built for FSX/P3d1,2,3,4
Well, like I wrote in another thread, I'm having no trouble at all flying her in my basic ( no acceleartion) FSX sim
I am still using Windows 7, too.
Shes coming along just fine, but again, its the only thing I can "complaint" if I may say so
- Its the glass effect...quite transparent, really...
if this is fixed, then she will be a reborn Phoenix
again thank you Rick for all your hard work.
I hope I come up with some nice repaints that you and others may enjoy too.
Painting the Varig and adding a few photoreal details too, here and there...not much...no need to..
I'll keep you posted Sir

Re: T2 is still being slowly built for FSX/P3d1,2,3,4
I downloaded Ricks 748 from Rickooo last night Checked it out in MCX and it's definitely an Fsx native model with a separate vc Mdl file
This evening I've installed into P3d v4.4 and all appears fine. There are some anomalies, the nav lights illuminate in unison with the landing lights and the beacons don't work at all The old problem of bringing up the 2d panel to enable the elec. power is back
Pulled the upgraded panel 2A and 2B from fsx installation and pasted into p3d and altered the aircraft panel =, in the aircraft cfg Now we have the upgraded panels and power available as soon as it loads
Will have to run through MCx again and see if I can sort the lights
Looking forward to Rui,s textures, they look super

Dale, when you get those updates done, will you share them? I'm on P3D v4 100% now and especially with Rui's new textures, I'm getting a serious need to fly the 748 again.
