Bombardier to sell NI Operation

Post by Nigel H-J »

Sad news, just hope a British Company takes this firm and keeps it where it is.

There is a real chance that after the October elections Bombardier will go bust as the current government props them up totally through the Canadian tax payer. Mismanagement of the company is rife from within and without. *-)

Other than still owning half of the A220 series, Bombardier are done in the commercial sector. The DHC8 is owned by Longview Aviation which leaves Bombardier with the Business Jet line.

I'm not really a fan of biz jets but I saw the new Global Express 7500 at work last night and it's quite a beast.

Apparently the Chinese are interested. In the end they are going to own Britain
