Ant's Tiger Moth

Re: Ant's Tiger Moth
Just steadying my nerves with a glass of wine after my latest Tiger Moth flight I was doing some extreme aerobatics over Headcorn ( I really was pulling some ridiculous moves) when I got a warning that my engine was going to fail imminently! I was literally just crossing the threshold when it died completely! Luckily I glided in easily enough and came to a safe stop. Now that's flying!
Re: Ant's Tiger Moth
I've installed the demo, and it is very impressive. The problem is that with FS2020 due soon, I'm very reluctant to buy any more add-ons. For anyone who is definitely sticking with FSX/P3D, however, grab the demo and enjoy.
Re: Ant's Tiger Moth
Very good point Paul, but at £11.99, why not? And no, I'm not on commission...
Re: Ant's Tiger Moth
You're right, of course. It does seem to be a lot of add-on per pound, but I want to see if Ant is going to move to FS2020, along with a number of other developers. I hope he does - and that he also ports his Winjeel over, too. I shall hold off for now, and hope for the future.

Re: Ant's Tiger Moth
I grabbed it but agree with you that with FS2020 due soon I am reluctant to spend a lot on add-ons. But since Ant's old moth was my default aircraft for a very long time I feel I am repaying him for the old one as much as endorsing the new one.

Re: Ant's Tiger Moth
I see the paintkit for Ant's superb Tiger Moth Pro is now available. Personally I'd love to see some UK civil marks. Maybe its even time to learn to paint myself...?

There's a few UK register paints appearing over at Sim Outhouse now. Particularly nice is G-AMNN based at Shoreham ....

Re: Ant's Tiger Moth
Yes, nothing dramatic but Ant has added "push spots" on the wings so you can park your Tiger tidily. (Must admit that they don't work desperately well in my view, but that may be my mouseing technique.....)
