We don't have any '700s or any routes for them, we are all '800 series.

Sorry i though you were asking for a TR rating rather than a full rating, updated.

Re: Gaining and maintaining Type ratings
Hello all,
I've been away from the VA for sometime but have kept my account active but due to lack of use I have lost all my TR's. Now that I'm thinking of flying again would it be possible to get a rating to re-train on the HS748/780 please.
Thanks
RIchard

Thanks for the TR's, traing flights completed on the 748.
I'm having issues with the Andover however as no matter what I try I cannot get the engines to start (with or without client active). Not sure what I am doing wrong here but I am following the procedure to the letter. I used this aircraft regularly in FS9 with no problems but cannot get it to perform as it should in FSX

Hi George,
Where did you get the Andover from? I’ve a hazy recollection that the engine start code from FS9 didn’t work in FSX so the FSX model contained some updated code to fix the issue. I think the one (for FSX) in our library is correct.

I downloaded it from here.

If I get a chance I’ll check in the morning George and let you know.

I can't start it either in FSX.
Load a different aircraft, start the engines, then load the Andover and hopefully the engines will be running.
Then save that flight with the engines running and next time you load i t they should still be going.
