Re: Bitzer project
Hi Chris,
Thanks for the suggestion, and worthwhile observation about the windows.
That's certainly a lot closer than the Martin 404, not a gold-winning answer this time, though.
Compare with your sources closely. You're welcome to submit an alternative answer by PM, if you wish.
Allan might want to have a second bite on the PM, too?
We're at silver level now for anyone who puts in a correct PM.

Re: Bitzer project
Thanks for the additional suggestions, chaps.
One is close, but no right answers even from those whose PM entries were offered a second chance.
I'll give it one more sleep, and reveal the actual answer when I log in tomorrow.
Last chance for a virtual cloth badge.

Re: Bitzer project
The second correct answer, congratulations Eric
Apologies for not acknowledging this yesterday, I can only say that I've been distracted with various things. My computer apparently has memory problems, and I may have caught it off the computer, or maybe I've passed it to the computer.
Your award, Eric:

Going back in time again. PM replies please, we like to have multiple winners, and once they're revealed in the Forum, it's all over.
Bang for bucks, as they say.

Many thanks Mike. I must say that I’m absolutely discumknockerated to receive this prestigious award. I must find somewhere to put it on display. EricT

You earned it, Eric!
Do you want a virtual table to put it on?
Oh, hang on, here's an all-glass display cabinet I had handy:

Re: Bitzer project
Again, this Forum has added to my education.
Without Eric's posting of discumknockerated, I would never have known that Knotty Ash was a real place, and though I vaguely remember Ken Dodds, I've not thought of him in decades. Thank you Eric.
Back on topic, we have TWO precise answers earning Diamond awards.
Is anyone else going to have a shot at Diamond?
Do you need more revealed, for Gold?
Do you want to give up and move onto another?
