Final polishing phase of the update so they say. It will be released next Tuesday

Looks like the same crew who did the Typhoon (Eurofighter, not Hawker) and that looks dismal for payware.

The thread over at Avsim seems to be generally of the opinion that it's not too bad given the price point. It's certainly not PMDG level, but it's not intended to be. Those that have bought it seem pleasantly surprised. The only dodgy area is the cockpit textures.

I just looked at the screenshots Dave and thought the wheels looked very FS9 and cockpit was wrong.

Yeah, it could be better, but I don't think it's too bad. I've certainly bought worse in the past! :lol: I don't mind the 737 in general, but I'm not a fan of all glass cockpits, so it's not for me anyway.

There's a dependency (as before) on an update (1.13.16.0), which you will need to install first. This wasn't evident when I first started the sim but I could see that UK was available in the Marketplace. The download of the update was going on in the background and I was only aware of this when interrogating the sim in MS Store. That bit's done - now downloading the UK update. It's quite big at almost 22Gb.

3 hours and not half way yet. Varying 60 down to 0.1 mbit sec
May give up and try again tomorrow :(
