Bush flying in Papa New Guinee

Post by JohnD »

I’ve been watching Missionary Bush Pilot on YouTube for a few weeks now.
It’s very good and Ryan explains the operation of the Quest Kodiak from start-up to landing and his thoughts during the flight.
The camera angles are excellent providing great aerial and internal views.
He produces two videos a week normally.

I’ve tried a few flights on MFS and they can be re-created with most of the airstrips being modelled.
The Cessna Caravan works well until a Kodiak becomes available. I think there is one in Xplane.

If your interested here is a link to the channel https://youtube.com/c/MissionarybushPilot

Hi John,

Agree it is well worth following and I like the way he continually briefs himself during flights.

Yes very professional and I do like his mechanical visual checklist that he made himself.
He is manufacturing them for sale to the real world.

They allow an instant indication of where you are on the list without having to look away to find where you are up to.
