Breakfast Surprise!!

WARNING!!!!.........If you are a veggie or vegan then look away now!!

Cooking breakfast this morning and time for the eggs to go into the pan. First one was a double yoker only the second I have ever had then I cracked open the 2nd egg and again, a double yoker. I still have 4 eggs left in the carton so will see what happens when the time comes to use them!!

Coincidence or ? Opened three eggs this am for an omelette. Six yolks! Have to admit they came from a carton of jumbo egg that I’d bought on sale yesterday. The jumbos often have twins. Don’t normally buy them, but they were 40 cents cheaper than large, probably reaching their “sell by date”. Should have only used two, almost overflowed the pan.

Well, all I can add to that, is, there were no yolks at all in my eggless breakfast.
