I've actually been confused about the origins of dragon tales; the nearest thing seems to be the Komodo Dragon, some of which have red and yellow tongues, which no doubt led to the fire breathing stories. But how did the Welsh Dragon start, and why was there one in France, for George to slay?
Yes, there's always a girl involved, isn't there?
