Thank you Toby, pictures great through Opera. I am too old to go travelling and visit picturesque places, and watching tv (not you TV!) nowadays show a lot of drone shots from positions unobtainable by the living eye - not sure if thats good or bad!

Hi Keith,
We just LOVE those drone shots over the British coastline on "Secret Scotland", "Great British Railway Journeys" etc. The colours are truly amazing.

Agreed, regarding the drone shots. It's a shame that the idiot drone pilots (the ones that fly near airports) give drone pilots a bad name.

Thanks for all the positive comments  . Hopefully off to do something aviation-related next week, so might have some more photos and be slightly more relevant (if not classic, nor British, nor simulated...)

You have managed to capture some very iconic and idyllic Amsterdam scenes, well done! And for those interested, the touristic advice is always available... B-)
Due to shortages and cutbacks the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off.

I can't compete with Toby's Amsterdam photos... so I'll just share this one that I'm pretty happy with:

One of KLM's A330s, which, I should add, are getting a bit long in the tooth. B-)
