Happy birthday Graham. I think malts are required both for celebrating and for warding off the low temperatures  EricT

Nigel.
You didn't, we all (nearly) did. It wasn't until late last evening, that I saw Graham's birthday flagged on the forum, yet there was no post to announce it. I couldn't let Graham's birthday go uncelebrated here, so started the thread. He's been quiet for the last day or so (maybe one dram too many?).

Regards

Kevin

Many thanks for your birthday greeting chaps. Very much appreciated.

Just playing catch up.

Mountain of Fellowship year end paperwork to wade through, minutes from last Monday's meeting and a trip to Matlock to sort out a problem.

And no Kevin, not too many drams, but that will probably chabnge tonight. I received another 5 bottles for my colloection

Once again, many, many thanks.

Wow, that collection will come in handy for you through the winter months Graham, I have one bottle in storage 'The Famous Grouse' for Xmas and looking forward to opening it up though I have never yet found a whiskey to keep buying, just love the challenge of trying different ones.

My favourite Malt id Bunnahabhain. For medicinal purposes Whyte Mackay. Used to be Vat 69, but haven't seen any for ages.

But if you follow my maxim "No bad 'uns, just some are better than others" you won't go far wrong.

Many thanks Graham for the advice, though there is one that I am not very keen on and that is the Bells Whiskey, as for the rest, I am still trying new ones out!!
