IMHO, the combat in the later 2 commences at too great a range, and the shooting down of a Havoc is not good form

That is really impressive!! though the price is not within my reach but some-one will have a field day flying that in IL2 Cliffs of Dover apart from one noticeable point, you will have problems checking your six .

I wonder if it started life in the ATA Museum in Maidenhead. I had a supervised 'flight' there in a good hardware cockpit but instrumentation display not realistic at that time in 2015, but someone had done a very realistic control column with little or none spring effect feeling.
My fathers ATA log book resides with the museum.
