This is an extract from an actual report, showing that there were more things to worry about than the enemy:

In others, were reports of RAF pilots passing out due to lack of oxygen.
Also surprising how many attempted attacks resulted in losing target in cloud.
There is a Coastal Command video of a shipping attack in Norway.
there seemed to be plenty of gunfire hits, but I was amazed at how many rocket salvos went into the sea :|

Thanks for the link Mike. Not seen that video before. Fascinating to watch those attacks going in through that flak. Brave chaps.
