02-03-26 The question was raised in a PM last week "where do you find them?"
I have a reasonably large library, and to be more specific, this and last week's came from
"The Complete Book Of Fighters"

Brian (Bridon Bear), Joe (blanston12), Mick (woody901) and Ben (TSR2) were the Four Horsemen of the Cyclone; CAUDRON-RENAULT C713 CYCLONE, that is. Diamonds all round
Mick related his research and findings to score the Knows Art this week.
The defining features were the prominent cannon and retractable undercarriage; most other parts were common to the 710 and 714, including a lot of perspex.

Sorry it's late...computer muck up, all my shortcuts and bookmarks and log ins lost, then it kept timing out when I tried coming here

The A.E.G. D 1 was spotted by Mick (woody901), Brian (Bridon Bear), PeteP, Ben (TSR2), and AllanL
Everyone gets Diamond badges and although two submissions were big on information, Allan gets the KA.

Monday afternoon, busy and it will continue so.
23-03-26 results
Mick (woody901) nailed the CF 100 Mk4a, or B for a Diamond badge.
PeteP, Brian (Bridon Bear), Ben (TSR2) and Eric (Tomliner) all nominated the CF 100, with or without specifying a Mk. A couple thought it was a Mk5. They also knew a bit about the Squadron and location. This group gets gold.
Mick also gets the Knows Art, because his was the only spot on specification.
As you see from the following images, the larger tail was a small extension to the horizontal stabilisers, and similar for the wing tips

The Avro Canada CF-100 Canuck (serial number 18539) is a Canadian-designed jet interceptor, specifically a Mk 4 variant, produced by Avro Canada in the 1950s. Known as the "Clunk" or "Lead Sled," it was the only Canadian-designed fighter to enter large-scale production
