A good place for classics

Post by VC10ace »

Just a quickie.......

I love watching the old Bergerac series from the 80's. You can more or less guarantee you will see at least one or two scenes shot at Jersey airport.

This results in a plethera of viscounts, vanguards etc with that WONDERFUL whining Dart sound constantly present! I was lucky eneough to fly over on a 'jolly' once the place was STUFFED with old propliners!

Bergerac - Sky most weekedays about 10am. Go see & Enjoy!!
I have slipped the surly bonds of earth and danced the skies with engines at the back and laughter silvered T tail.....

Aww...

I'd love to see them but I've got exams just now. Hopefully I'll be able to see it in June.

Yeah, but on the downside, some really dodgy acting and far too much Liza Goddard for my liking.

Ah, the joys of (dis)continuity. Maybe thats why all these bodies keep turning up in Midsomer Norton, all the passengers who plunged to their death when their VC10 suddenly shrank.
