Wow Dave thanks for all that work
Not only were there only a few but they went Foreign so the chances of bumping into Lord Lucan are better.
TBH the Dove was not a type I saw often unlike the Heron so I never really studied it to the extent of other types.
I of course knew the obvious (8) and that the RAF Devons had been modified to 8 standard but I never realised just what made a particular mark what it was.
So going back to Toby if he just picks the roof he wants that should be near enough for FS purposes
Anyway thanks again for your trouble.
Garry

No trouble at all Gents. Nice to chat about something Classic and British on CBFS every now and again!
I can't remember the year now but I saw one of the Jordanian Dove's at Fairford (first year the B2 displayed and the year King Hussain died). The King was a big supporter of RIAT and flew the Dove himself regularly so it was a fitting tribute to have the aircraft flown here just for that display. I wonder if it's still on the Jordanian regiester and how's that for a trip hey.. Jordan to Fairford!!
It was the 50th Nato Air Pageant so would 1999 sound about right??
